-yep, thats the go these days.
I know you cant control your patients hairstyles Bverotti but if you want to show results from your clinic then it would be a good idea not to hide those results under a combover.
You should at least be able to control the patients hairdo while you are taking his pictures.
The before and the after picture could easily be taken the same day with the same amount of hair - just different styling.

i cant comment on the result cause I cant see it.
I have made the same comment on other pics you have submitted as well for the same reason.
