No problem,
We try our best to get good quality pics. No flashlight is used and a 1000 W bright light is pointed at the patient. Furthermore we provided the money shot in this case, something most clinics 'forget'.

I believe he now has a choice to comb his hair in any style he wants, even if he likes a comb over. In fact if you look at his before pics, he could not even produce a descent comb over with the amount he had left.

Another point is that you are looking at 1800 grafts, not 3000 or 4000. This seems to be forgotten quite easily.
