ť Yes nizoral is harsh, 1% 2 times per week is the maxium my hair can cope
ť with before it gets too dryed out.

ť Im using Revita these days which is a lot milder and I can use it 4days
ť per week easy.

ť I have also been trialling PTO shampoos on/off recenly. And i can say now
ť that 6 months later my hair is worse than 6 months ago ! i have been using
ť nizoral for 10 years and it has slowed my loss significanlty till now
ť
ť So im concidering going back to 1% 3 times per week, or adding a
ť ketoconazole topical like ketomousse or extina or the cream a few times
ť per week.

dont go back on the shampoo it has hydrochloric acid in it, the cream does not
also you leave the shampoo on your head for what 2 minutes? the cream stays on for hours and it is 2 percent
