I'm dreading the massive shed myself. My dut came in packs of 10 from India-- (Menspharma). For sure I'm not going to do any type of "loading doses". I'm going to do EOD for 20 days and then I'm going to do 3x week for a month. Finally, I'm doing 2x/week for the term of treatment. I'm applying minox (kirkland) in mornings and alternating Remox 3 and Promox at night. I also use AA topically 2-3 time a week to try to avoid frontal loss. Does anybody have suggestions for internals? I'm thinking MSM, Saw Palmetto, Omega 3. Anyone? BTW, I'm 10 days in and the only side effects is dryer face and some crazy dreams at night.
