ť It would be good if you put a 3rd photo to the right perhaps with the same
ť red horizontal to show the after result, its just that on the pics from the
ť 1st page its doesnt show the before and aft harline very clearly, but at
ť any rate now with these 2 pics it becomes clear.
ť One final observation, you hair must be very fine, true?

ť ť ť transformation cases. For 3400 grafts and seeing your before and
ť after
ť ť ť pics, I dont know where they went. I understand that your hair is

ť ť ť but your hairline was not lowered nor were temples closed very much,
ť so
ť ť ť wheres the catch.
ť ť ť Finally, regarding the design, is this what you really wanted to
ť ť achieve
ť ť ť or was it a conservative approach by the dr. Its one of the first
ť ť cases
ť ť ť where I dont see a patient wanting to lower their hairline slightly
ť or
ť ť ť really close the temples...

ť ť Actually, the hairline was lowered quite a bit as you can see in this
ť ť pic:

ť ť It's not like I didn't want a lower, juvenile hairline, but it would
ť have
ť ť taken another 3000 grafts which means that I would have ended up
ť spending
ť ť 6400 grafts on the front alone leaving only 2000 grafts to deal with
ť ť future hairloss in the midscalp and crown! Doesn't sound like a viable
