bad hair experience (Hair Replacement Systems)

» Ive been going to a hair replacement center here in Nevada for almost 15
» years about the same time theyve been opened.Ive always have had good
» repore with Mark and Erin owners of Hair Solutions of Nevada formally Hair
» Systems of Nevada. I recently ordered 2 systems and had been wearing one
» that was cut in 2 months ago with bad results.For the most part Ive been
» getting a system that isnt the style I want and just put up with it.I went
» in yesterday to get the other one cut in and ask if they could replace the
» one I didnt like.Erin cops an attitude with me about it .I try to expalin
» how my systems never are what I ask even though I send pictures and even
» draw pictures of how I want it done.

» So now even takes this personal and proceeds to completely abuse my head
» and system .She proposly cut the front down to the lace in a 1 inch area
» and blamed it on me when I trimmed the excess lace off before the cut
» in.Also she was dragging the brush thru my hair so hard she ripped the
» lace on both the right side and left side shredding the lace and
» completely miss cutting the system all over.It looked worse then the one I
» bought in . I told Mark what she did and he told me he was sorry and would
» replace the one I bought in and would also try to replace the one Im now
» waering that Erin his wife damaged.How I have to wait 5 weeks to get my
» other systems all because Erin took what I said to heart as a slap on
» her.At one point he just soaked my head to the point water was running
» down my face all over me .Another time she used 3 different hair sprays
» just making a mess.She was combing my hair so hard she was hurting my ears
» and back neck.This was by the far the worst cut in Ive ever had any
» time.For a 15 year customer to be treated like this was way out of
» line.Now I feel the need to try to find another source or just start
» letting my wife cut my hair in since we take care of all my the
» maintenance our selves except the actual cut in.

» To any one who lives in Las Vegas and is using HSN
» product or is thinking of using one beware. You could be in for problems
» if you dont get what you pay for.
