ť ť I think this result is interesting. BHR has taken the recipient area
ť down
ť ť a litttle in the frontal zone to include an earea of early
ť miniturization
ť ť and I think this is a good option that I am unaware is practiced by any
ť ť other clinics. All the same it is dissapointing that a fairly large
ť ť untuched crown relains even with 6000 fu extractd=ed. I apreciate that
ť ť this will / can be managed in further procedures. Personally I would
ť opt
ť ť for a thinner look including the crown but BHR may be in the camp that
ť ť prefers not to revisit an area. I think the strip scar is "usual" but
ť ť shows trico closure is not a gurentee of an "invisible" line. Good work
ť ť BHR.

ť It was very deliberate to bite into a early miniaturised area, he is a NW6
ť and a very good chance the perimeter will recede down,so we have a
ť responsibility to ensure that if he decides on stopping now his procedure
ť stands on its own.

ť As far as density and coverage is concerned it was discussed at the
ť consultation and decided that quality was better than quality for him.
ť That said he is lucky because he still has a good donor and can expect
ť another 2000-2500 FU without pushing the limits and this will still give a
ť great result from NW6 to finish.

ť As far as invisible closure is concerned, forget it, if that is what you
ť expect from a FUT or a transplant generally do not have one, especially
ť when you talk big numbers. A good closure will certainly allow you options
ť with a hair cut an allow you to keep it short, but it has to be remembered
ť that when you remove 6000 there has to be a trade, and invisible closure
ť is one of them.

I see FUT but what would any other performed surgery be called at the clinic?
