It's because of two reasons actually. The sides were brought forward in my second session. My temple points and the sides in general were severely receded so Dr. Wong rebuilt not just the top but the sides as well. The second reason, for the generally thinner look overall is because my hair was a bit damp in the before photo. Not wet, just damp and it may have been a bit shorter as well.
