ť I'm 33years old and my alopecia is stable (I hope).
ť I use minoxidil since I was 19 y.o. and finasteride since 2003.
ť My regimen is:
ť - in the morning: proscar/3, Rogaine Foam
ť - in the evening: Remox alternate to Promox and one lotion with acetate
ť ciproterone (1,5%) and 17 alpha-estradiol 0,05%.
ť Then:
ť - MSM 2.000 gr. a day
ť - OMEGA 3

You definitely have to stay on the meds to maintain any HT properly.
