Another 3rd Week Report: Nizoral Cream Relieves Itch, Hair Growth in Temples? (Propecia, Avodart, Spiro, DHT & hormones ...)

ť ť ť ť Rogaine Foam 2x daily (should I only apply it to the crown and
ť vertex
ť ť ť or
ť ť ť ť also to my hairline)?
ť ť ť ť Nizoral 2% cream (how often do people suggest?)
ť ť ť ť 1g Lysine daily
ť ť ť ť 2,000 mcg Biotin daily
ť ť ť ť 4 g daily MSM
ť ť ť ť 10g of L-Arginine (this is said to stimulate the release of growth
ť ť ť ť hormone, especially in those who exercise)
ť ť ť ť Multivitamin
ť ť ť ť
ť ť ť ť Any thoughts?

ť ť ť Okay, only two days since my last post. Two things have changed.
ť ť Firstly,
ť ť ť I actually received my order of Nizoral Cream. I thought all my scalp
ť ť itch
ť ť ť was gone, but when I apply the cream it really takes away a slight
ť itch
ť ť ť that I still apparently had. Will this help? Something tells me it's
ť a
ť ť ť good sign.
ť ť ť
ť ť ť I have seen some thin, light-colored hairs growing in my temple
ť region.
ť ť ť Signs of some Dutasteride-spurred regrowth? It does certainly seem
ť that
ť ť ť these hairs would not be there without some element of my regime
ť making
ť ť it
ť ť ť so. I am resisting spending too much time scanning my scalp for new
ť ť growth.
ť ť ť I'll be convinced if things are significantly different 6 months or
ť ť after.

ť ť not sure about combining the niz cream with dut, you are taking a lot
ť of
ť ť stuff that might conflict
ť ť i had a pretty noticeable shed starting about 6 wks with the niz cream,
ť so
ť ť be prepared for that

ť some of these things are not good to mix, perhaps for reasons unknown.
ť But wouldn't that be the same for Nizoral cream and SP/Beta as well -- and
ť that seems to work for you?
