adding citris (orange/lemon/lime) to gr tea helps in the absortion of EGCG

I've read that oral EGCG is poorly absorbed, which probably explains why
ť drinking green tea hasn't been accepted for centuries as being some sort
ť of "home remedy" for oily skin. I think if it really did do anything in
ť the simple form of green tea beverage, we would have ALL known about by
ť now, and its use as an "antiandrogen" of sorts (I use the term loosely, of
ť course) would already be well-known to medical science.
