I never said it was possible for a NW#6.

Nothing even close. I doubt it would be possible for any more than maybe a (total lifetime loss) NW#3. Certainly nothing you would want to risk with only the current level of MPB treatments available.

I was speaking theoretically.

HT technology still takes a lot of beating for "unnatural looks" and I don't think it is all deserved. Modern HT results still look questionable on so many cases because practically every HT that ever happens is still seriously limited by the donor supply.

Lack of donor graft suppy + lack of patient's money supply = overstretched coverage at the expense of density. Even the best "full density" conservative HT cases we see are still covering most of the head with only 50-66% of the original density.

What I am saying is that if the donor supply problem is ever defeated, then traditional HTs (without any new advancements) could theoretically look better than we have ever seen them look in the past. And for some guys who are still pretty early in the MPB process, just the advent of a real permanent loss-prevention option alone would be enough to make the difference.

A top HT doc, re-creating a hairline with 80+ percent of the original density, WITH the next several inches of frontal area backing it up at the same kind of density . . . that would look amazing.
