6th Week Update: What makes this worth all the hassle (Propecia, Avodart, Spiro, DHT & hormones ...)

» I am going to start a log of my results on the following regime which I am
» in the process of starting up. But first I have some questions that are
» asked in the parantheses below:
»
» 0.5 Dutasteride daily
» Rogaine Foam 2x daily (should I only apply it to the crown and vertex or
» also to my hairline)?
» Nizoral 2% cream (how often do people suggest?)
» 1g Lysine daily
» 2,000 mcg Biotin daily
» 4 g daily MSM
» 10g of L-Arginine (this is said to stimulate the release of growth
» hormone, especially in those who exercise)
» Multivitamin
»
» Any thoughts?

My headaches are gone. I think the solution is to eat when I take the Dutasteride. My slightly changed regime has been listed on recent postings.

I was going to quit owing to headaches, but that's not an issue now as I said.

I've gotten growth of increasingly long blonde hairs in the temple areas. They are almost completely unnoticeable; however, I think these need time. I have no idea if I'm getting growth anywhere else on my head -- I have enough hair that it's hard to tell.

I would wonder whether these "baby steps" would be worth the headaches I had or the lessening of libido. But my scalp feels so damn good. So far as I can tell between the Dut and the Nizoral -- at least that's what I imagine is doing it -- my scalp itch is gone entirely and my head feels really good.

So for right now, I'll wait on what I have. Can't say things are happening dramatically, but things are happening.
