Am i the only one who doesnt see improvement? (All Natural, Supplements & Diet)

Looks pretty much like an increase of hair counts to me. I have very similar type of hair (colour and thin). I was shedding intensively a couple of years ago (by chance partly temporarely, due to stress & change of diet), and looking very similar to the "before" picture. No way I could have combed it forward as the "after" picture (anyone could have easily "seen through".
