"i wonder what they mean by.................good and moderate results were observed..........what does this mean? regrowth? maintaining what they have?"

When talking about Alopecia Areata, I would assume that they most certainly mean regrowth. "Maintaining" in Alopecia Areata is somewhat meaningless.
