sofarsogood, you look like a genius, Dr. Umar sure seems to be putting out fantastic results. I've been extremely nervous about pulling the trigger on any surgery, but this leaves me shaking my head, saying come on what are you waiting for. my big concern is scaring, because the only hair I could use is beard hair and a little hair on the nape of my neck, but I don't need the coverage that this guy needed. I would guess 3000 grafts would get me in decent condition. Not a full head of hair by any means, but a drastic inprovement.
