oh yes perhaps the niz cream will make you shed better to avoid it and just stick with the dht blockers for now
i got a lot of regrowth from them, although it took awhile i never ever saw a shed from them

shampoo honestly if it feels good, and doesnt dry my hair, i use it, i do not think shampoo is that important but do avoid harsh dandruff shampoos like head and shoulders, they will kill your hair.
