I'm pretty sure it's going to be released for human use in the fall. I spoke with someone in the company several months ago who seemed confident that it would regrow hair. The best approach would be to remove hair from the side (via strip or fue) to the top of the head as a conventional transplant and then apply the Acell material (or powder for fue) and allow it to heal. In theory it should regenerate the lost tissue (including the hair) virtually supplying a limitless donor supply. Of course, that's only in theory until it is tried on humans for this purpose.

One person replied to one of my posts that he worked for a company that had a similar product that did not produce hair on humans. He does not think that Acell will work on humans..........LETS HOPE HE IS WRONG!
