having survived and severely slowed down my MPB for 20 yrs with just vitamins and minerals alone, I can testify that they make a huge difference in hair health

regrowth not necessarily, but more so in the first few years, but if you are not on a super hair vitamin , you would be surprised what it can do for your hair, i would never stop taking mine

but, it is difficult to get the nutrition you need for thinning hair, in your diet

Biotin for example, I take 2000mcg per day, try getting that in your diet
very difficult
