the shampoo is very harsh

although it contains the active ingredient ketoconazole, it contains hcl...hydrochloric acid...........

the cream seems to work better and is less harsh, stays on your head longer, but a lot of guys get a shed at 6 weeks or so, grew back thicker for me though, took a while

get the 2 percent, all the studies seem to indicate the 2 percent works way better
