Who is the best at FUE? - Top of my list - Bisanga & De Reys (Hair Transplant)

ť Wondering who the best is? Right now I'm most seriously considering
ť Bisanga, if I do go forward with a HT. I have also looked into Armani, but
ť I think he might be a little too aggressive for my age. I'm in my
ť mid-twenties, and I don't want to be screwed when I'm in my thirties if I
ť decided to get a HT now. I'm roughly a Norwood 3V, but propecia for the
ť last 6 months seems to have slowed if not stopped the hairloss for now.

ť What do you guys think about who else I should look into? Also, do you
ť know if a surgeon's prices are fixed, or is there some room for
ť negotiation?

Bisanga is a good choice,how about Dr. De Reys,these two are top of my list.I've done a lot of reseach recently and over the last year or so.

I've asked questions regarding FUE - These two have given answers,showed work they've done and so on,a few others have avoided actually answering certain questions.
