ť No doubt he has a gorgeous head of hair now but if I were him I would hit
ť it hard with remox, Propecia or dutas before going for surgery. He was
ť barely a NW2 before the surgery.

I agree, he should have taken those steps. If he does start on that regiment now he should be able to maintain he's current look hopefully for the next 5-7 years before he needs a another HT. Hopefully some form of HM will be available by then. We can only hope.
