Not all clinics are like that. I know Cole, Woods, HDC and many other doctors/clinics frequently turn down people who are not good candidates. Doctors/clinics who frequently publish results on the internet are usually more prepared to turn down potential patients. One bad press in the forum can deal a lot of damage to their reputation. They all know it's not worth the extra money.
