raised scar? (Hair Transplant)

That does not look like a stretched scar to me although I have seen this kind of situation described as a stretched scar several times.

The problem as i see it is that there is hair in the center of the bald patch. If it was the scar that was stretched then this could not happen. It seems likely that these kind of cases represent a tension alopecia. I think that this explains why these kind of cases respond well to transplants.
