ť I think you need better quality "after" pics.

I agree and disagree about the pictures. They are good enough to tell that there is a huge improvement. But, with better after pictures we could see the detailing of the hairline design, etc.

It is a good result, to be sure, and the hairs per graft transplanted is a very nice bonus for the patient.

I can't help but wonder, what is the plan for this patient's future? He will likely loose the hair in the midscalp and much of the crown. The lateral humps will probably disappear over time. With 4100 already harvested to create the thick frontal third, how will this patient deal with the future? Will he be able to match the same density as he maintains a natural appearance? Will the crown be an option, or will he only focus on the front and middle for future transplant? What are your thoughts?
