Treating hair loss with inhibitors of cholesterol synthesis (Propecia, Spiro, DHT & hormones ...)

posted by HairSite Admin Homepage, 21.05.2008, 13:21

The study might have shown that it is not effective. But what is the reason??

Intake of Statins ---------------------> Low cholesterol
Low cholesterol --------------> Low androgens
Low androgens --------------------> Decreased hair loss

So intake of statins-------------------> no hair loss...

Is it not an attractive theory?
