I think its hard to tell without comparing your pics to earlier pics. You do seem to have a wider part than average, though that doesn't mean you're loosing your hair. But if you think you notice a change, then you probably are.

Not that it means anything, but I had a very similar hair pattern as yours at your age. Looking back at pics from that age, I do notice a slow, gradual widening of my part. I got on Rogain at 19/20 and Nizoral and Finasteride about a year later. I was certainly lossing my hair, and it continued, but I've managed to keep most of it thanks to the meds.

Get some Rogain foam, then see a dermetologist who knows something about hair. Tell them you want to try Finasteride and Nizoral 2%. They'll do some bloodwork to rule out any other possible causes, and then put you on the meds. If you don't have any side-effects (you likely won't, despite what others on this board may say; several studies have shown that less than 2% have any side-effects at all), there's no harm in taking the meds even if you aren't loosing your hair. In a year or two, stop taking them and see what happens. If you don't start loosing your hair, you may have nothing to worry about until later in life. But if you do, you'll be glad that you got on the meds sooner rather than later. If you're loosing your hair, the earlier you get on the "Big Three" (Rogain, Nizoral 2%, and Finasteride), the better.
