» » » » » I was just pulling at my hair for 15 or so minutes and managed to
» » get
» » » » about
» » » » » 75~ strands on an A4 white page.
» » » » »
» » » » » Now I am freaking out because I had a shower last night with
» » Nizoral
» » » » and
» » » » » today only activity I have done is riding a motorbike with the
» » helmet
» » » » and I
» » » » » shed that many hairs by pulling.
» » » » »
» » » » » Arggh :9
» » » »
» » » » do not use the nizoral shampoo, that will dry your hair way too
» much
» » no
» » » » wonder you are losing hair
» » » »
» » » » look at the ingredients
» » » » it has hcl in it, hydrochloric acid
» » » »
» » » » use the cream instead, it stays on your head longer than the
» shampoo
» » » and
» » » » is much more gentle to your head, but make sure and get the 2
» percent
» » » cream
» » »
» » » Hey Champ I've been using Niz Each night for a week every 3rd night I
» » use
» » » a conditioner after. I have not had any problems with it drying my
» scalp
» » or
» » » hair.
» » »
» » » I will take your advice and try the cream. Does it smell bad how is
» it
» » » suppose to be used?
» »
» » the shampoo also has the main ingredient for enbalming fluid in it, and
» » the cream has none of that or none or hydrochloric acid
» »
» » when i used the shampoo i felt my hair was so dry it made me freak out
» »
» » conditioner always has made my hair shed like crazy, you might think
» twice
» » about using that if you are shedding
» »
» » the cream does not smell bad but the thing i like is it stays on your
» head
» » several hours till you wash it off, beware though lots of guys get shed
» » with it
» »
» » with the extreme little loss you have I am not even sure you are
» thinning,
» »
» »
» » If I was you and wanted to do preventative maintenance, i would hold
» off
» » on nizoral , and I would get on a super hair vitamin and also mineral.
» If
» » you are not on this, also MSM and horsetail, you would be amazed at the
» » difference they make, That is all i took for 20 yrs for my hair, and
» they
» » make a HUGE difference
» »
» » I am one of the main persons who started a lot of the guys on the board
» on
» » this, and I had to pound it into guys head until they finally agreed to
» » give it a try, now lots of guys are taking the Maxi Hair.
»
» Hey
»
» Thanks for your advice once again I do have bad dandruff and I think
» Nizoral has helped me alot with removing the hard clumps off my scull I may
» continue to use it but perhaps once every 3rd day?
»
» I am actually doing the whole vitamin MSM thing atm
»
» I take 5g MSM with 1000mg Vitamin C each day
» 50mg Zinc (morn and night)
» and a multivitamin
»
» Only recently started this so cant say anything so far.
»
» Thanks

the dandruff can cause a lot of fallout too so if u can get rid of that its great

as far as the vits you are taking unless you are taking 2000mcg timed released biotin, and taking either Ultra hair or Maxi hair, the top two in my book, you are missing 99 percent of what you need

a multivitamin not specifically for hair, is not anywhere near adequate

of course this is for guys like me who are in desperate need of hair help
in your case a normal multivitamin might be ok , since you are not realy thinning

but if you start to noticeably thin i would consider the super hair vitamins
