ť ť I am actually doing the whole vitamin MSM thing atm

ť ť I take 5g MSM with 1000mg Vitamin C each day
ť ť 50mg Zinc (morn and night)
ť ť and a multivitamin
ť ť
ť ť Only recently started this so cant say anything so far.

ť actually will prevent you from losing more hair? You're wasting precious

just because someone is not on rogaine or prop doesnt mean they will continue to lose their hair

i have been on natural dht blockers for 10 yrs and my hair loss has never progressed since 99
