My topical (All Natural, Supplements & Diet)

The topical is grape seed flour, licorice root and polygonium multiflorum root extracted i 60% methanol. I use around 100 gram of GS flour with 0,5 liters of methanol, add a few ounces of chopped licorice root and a few slices of the PM root and let it dissolve in a sealed glass bottle.

Diet high on fish and vegetables and low on red meat, white flour, dairy products and alcohol
Gingko Biloba, Vitamin B Complex, MSM

Topical:
Homemade herbal shampoo
Home-made GSE & Polygonium Multiflorum tonic
Home-made oil blend due consisting of the classic four (rosemary, thyme, lavender and cedar wood) in a carrier based on olive oil and jojoba
