ť ť ť Ah, now that is interesting. Is it true that the only difference

ť ť ť the clinics that show clean / uncaked immediate post op pics is the
ť ť ť intraoperative bathing. I saw this very differently. I would like

ť ť It is quite common for less than adept graft placement to stir up
ť ť bleeding, at least until the graft "plugs" the site, and even then
ť there
ť ť may be some ooze. There is then more blood on the field.
ť ť Dr. Cole has always maintained that a "clean" operative field is
ť essential
ť ť for the best placement. This is a standard dictum of surgery. This is
ť why
ť ť we are continually spraying saline during placement (and Biotin spray
ť when
ť ť placing is not active). A clean field helps to identify the sites,
ť which
ť ť isn't always as easy as one might assume, and assists in atraumatic
ť ť placement of the grafts.
ť ť One can have an extremely bloody case, and with proper intraop
ť cleansing,
ť ť still have it looking pristine post-operatively. So the post-op
ť appearance
ť ť has to do with the level of cleansing, not necessarily the amount of
ť ť bleeding experienced.

ť That's all very well but Armani and possibly H&W patients often
ť demonstrate a very caked post op appearance. Yet these are two of the most
ť successful surgeons that produce fantastic results. So clearly there is

I dont think i believe this is only that number of grafts either, and why is it that i only ever see diffuse thinners from HDC, nothing else.
