A graft is a graft. A pricing chart is a reasonable request.

This tactic -- not disclosing cost up front -- is typical in the cosmetic surgery field. One reason clinics don't disclose prices is because they don't want to immediately scare off potential customers. They want to get you involved in the process, and then hit you with the cost. Obviously, this does not benefit the customer, and is a potential waste of time for everyone involved if the customer clearly can't afford the procedure and/or the clinic.
