If Dr. Armani, or ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET, could prevent further balding, they would certainly be a very wealthy and famous person the world over. Dr. Armani, or ANYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET, cannot prevent further balding with even a 1% certainty. Can a cancer specialist prevent further cancer, following the removal of a tumor, with 100% certainty? Not even close...
