Arginine needs to be taken within an hour or two of the act, not everyday. And I've heard that Lysine is an antagonist to Arginine, so you may have been canceling these out.

To take Arginine at 8AM and expect results that night would be malaprop. Arginine has never failed me. It actually works on the same general principle that Viagra does.
