Well, arginine and GH may be a tale. I remember reading studies that stated that arginine could enhance GH production only with young adults (under 40). Both pre and post workout intakes of arginine failed to show any credible result in terms of IGF1 bloodserum level. And the studies in favor of arginine are some 30 years of age I think...
Well nevermind, I still have someat hand. gonna try again and hope i'll get little results.
BTW, where do ou buy your arginine batches? In powder form, it's said to be horrible stuff. Mine is syrupy,in liquid form. Maybe that's the hitch. And how much do you take? 1, 2, 3 grams?
