ť just curious, did he use gel in the bottom two pics?

Hello guys and thank you for the good comments, about your question johnp, the truth is that the patient use gel sometimes to comb his hair but in those pics it was water, because the hair of the patient was so strong and hard to comb we put some water, like in the before pics, in order to show the result in different situations.

Also its important to remind that it is only 6 months after the op, in the next few months the result will improve even more, and the hair will become a little bit more thicker which will help to increase the appearance of density and coverage.

It is important also to see how it is possible to obtain an amazing result with a reasonable amount of grafts, not necessarily we have to use 5.000 grafts to restore nw2-3´s with good density and decent coverage.
