ť yes I had a little regrowth. But the effect seems to be fading unless it
ť is due to a mild antidepressant I've been on for 2 months.
ť Expect a 2 month delay before seeing an improvement with nettle root.
ť Hangin is right about the multivit. be cautious though about adding pygeum
ť and Saw palmetto on the top of nettle root. Might be overkill since you're
ť already on prop.

Thanks Guys!! yeah i am not going to use pygum or saw pawmetto...I am on nourkrin which is stopping my hair loss..not seeing that much hair fall out...and its only been a month since i used it....i was thinking about using ultra hair or maxi hair..but i hear to many vitamins and mineral with propecia might be to much?? what do u guys think?? should i use the ultra hair everyother day?? will this cause to much vitamins to the hair..make it fall out??

Currently i am on prop once a day, nourkrin 2wice for the first 6 months, omega fish oil omega 3 everyday and soon nettle root....is that good??
