ť ť ť Hangin is right about the multivit. be cautious though about adding
ť ť pygeum
ť ť ť and Saw palmetto on the top of nettle root. Might be overkill since
ť ť you're

ť ť omega fish oil omega 3 everyday and soon nettle root....is that good??

ť I Would not worry about the vitamins, making your hair fall out. most of
ť the vitamins are water soluble and any excess is excreted in the Urine,
ť they are mostly super B vitamins Biotin, etc etc, which are extremely
ť helpful for hair

ť philippines since i can buy it locally, if you are in the USA i would buy
ť maxi hair by country life.................and take two per
ť day............also you need a chelated multi
ť mineral....................why? Vitamins are not even recognized by the
ť body without the proper mineral balance. they will pass right through your
ť digestive system without being absorbed properly. A good chelated multi
ť mineral with dramatically increase the effectiveness of your
ť vitamins.................by the way I have been on super hair vitamins for
ť 20 yrs and I know they work.........I have tried only vits and mins for 20
ť yrs before i added dht blockers in 1999, and believe me, they are well
ť worth the cost..........................btw you can find for 7 dollars, 60
ť Maxi hair tabs............not bad at all. Ultra hair is double that

ť I would not worry so much about adding the other dht blockers either, but
ť do it gradually, Add Nettle root, then a few weeks later try adding saw
ť palmetto. Saw Palmetto seems to be one of the most important dht blockers
ť not sure why but I originally started on just that with my vitamins and saw
ť an immediate decrease in fallout , i mean a huge decrease from 300 hairs
ť per day to 15 hairs within several weeks. So do not be afraid to add saw
ť palmetto. it is an amazing product. just make sure it is standardized saw
ť Palmetto, 320 mg per day.

ť something about the saw palmetto seems to work in different pathways than
ť other dht blockers,

ť you may not respond to the naturals but for some reason most guys when
ť they combine them with prop, seem to see good results

Wow! This is great info hanging! I will def buy Maxi Hair and start nettles right away....how much dosage should i use a day? How much hair do u expect i can grow back..can it patch up some thinning on my crown?? no bald spot just becoming see through in certain light...
