Propecia higher dosage?? (Propecia, Avodart, Spiro, DHT & hormones ...)

While on this topic,

Does our body overtime built up a tolerance for Propecia? I also took it with great results for 4 years, and then all of a sudden, it stopped working as well. What happened?
