that you can honestly tell a patient that their hairloss will stop at the point that this kid's is at when you transplanted into the temporal and hairline. NO ONE'S hairloss at that age just STOPS. this person will be absolutely screwed and look like a total freak when nature takes it's course.

hair transplantation cannot be looked at as a specific point in time. yeah this guy looks FANTASTIC now. but nature does not stop at now.

enough with these perfect looking jobs. show me this guys head in 7 years please
