Questions to the Doctors and fellow members (Hair Transplant)

Good evening,

I have attached a couple pictures with my situation. I know I may have a little more hair than some, but I have pretty substantial diffuse thinning probably heading towards a Norwood 6. I had previously contacted a doctor from this site and had an online consultation with him. (I'd rather not say which doctor as this point). He had mentioned that he thought the shock loss that I would have from a transplant would negate any positive effects of the transplant. This is VERY confusing to me. The way I see it, if what this doctor said is true, then you could never have a second or third surgery to increase density as the shock loss would negate the effects.. So, I am ready to have something done. I would just like some advice from the doctors and fellow members on the board.

Thank you kindly.

Tricky
