ť 500mg a day and Maxi Hair...I am also taking Nourkrin..which has belped my
ť shedding, but for somereason is making my hair thin, its all there its just
ť thin and not as thick some days....Am i on vitamin overload..can this make
ť each hair dull and thin...

ť well i am going to add Nettles add night before i go to sleep...Nourkrin
ť after breakfast and Dinner, Propecia after lunch and Maxi hair in the
ť afternoon with Omega 3 Fish oil....DOes this sound like a good plan....Ps.
ť Does humidty make ur hair thinner....cuz the past few days my hair has been
ť all weird and lifeless, since the humidity and 95 degree weather kicked
ť in..i dont know......

while you are getting the maxi hair, pick up a chelated multi mineral
it will increase the absorbtion of the vitamins exponentially
