ive had an Interesting case (Support & General Discussions)
hi im 20 years old and in the past year mi entire scalp has thinned out drastically. It started when i went on a diet and 4 months later i noticed a lot of hair thinning, so i took a scalp biopsy and the results showed 2 things, scarring alopecia thats likely LPP, and non scarring alopecia. so my doctor started treating me with cortazone shots and topicals. now i didnt have any scarring alopecia symptoms, my hair loss looks like regular MPB, i got acouple of opinions and they all say something else. anyway im treating it like regular hair loss, does anyone have suggestions or ideas for me?
