chelated zinc is ok but while u are taking that just take all the mins in a chelated multi min

a good cheap one is.........Kal Amino Max. You need all the minerals they work together just as all the vitamins work together like a car engine. Take out one of them and it breaks down the whole process

Try adding MSM and Horsetail separately, you will be glad you did.
