Acell & Follica Are Theoretically The Same Thing (Hair Multiplication & Research)

Both Acell and Follica first require a "dermabrasion" of the skin. Acell then puts a powder into the "skin irritation" and Follica injects drugs into the "skin irritation." And poof, both claim to be able to grow new skin and/or hair.
