I'm maintaining well with this regimen for a quite a while now and wanted to share what I've learned.

Quick HT history:
Many strip procedures since 1992 and a BHT procedure to soften my HT hairline.
Lots of NW5&6s on both sides of my family.

It's been well over 2 years since my last BHT procedure (hairline only) and almost 5 years since my last strip procedure.

I seem to be maintaining well with the following combo...

1/4 Proscar every other day (going on 18 years)
Minox once per day (going on 18 years)
Hairmax vitamin once per day (over 5 years)
MSM 3000mg once per day (over 2 years)
Fish oil 2000mg once per day (over two years)
Laserbrush every third day for about 20 minutes (over two years)

Iv'e dropped Horsetail and Biotin as they are contained in the hairmax vitamin.

Just looking for any feedback, questions, concerns or comments.

This seems to be working for me and wanted to share.

I really wish I had taken pictures before starting the laserbrush.
I'm a BIG believer.
Not so much for regrowth but hair diameter, scalp health and maintaining.
My HT doc however, is not convinced.
