A discussion is a two way street but you have yet to answer what I asked.
You would rather just keep throwing out statements that only lead to more questions that you won't or can't answer. As for "peaceable assemble" you can still do it but you can't block doorways or get in someone face, but you can still do it. Perhaps you haven't watch the news lately but we are at war and without many limits I want Government to keep this country safe and if that includes what the enemy does (cuts our heads off )then I say go ahead.
I have no doubt you would have been against us dropping the atomic bomb not caring if it saved hundreds of thousands of our people. Your very misguided if you think this world isn't dangerous. Instead of making all your talking points you might try reading some history and notice wars have been going on since the beginning of history.
As for President Bush, I have yet to see another attack but then again it sounds like you would prefer that to happen, to make some silly point.

As Obama says Share the Wealth, nice society you want to live in. If he gets in you will get your free handouts in the soup line.
