I dont know why you think that in the small tiny little hole the acell should decide to grow hair. I seriously doubt it would. If Acell growed hair, then the hair will be at random distribution, and probability that it will coincide with the hole after the FUE extraction is imho small.

All in all I do not expect it to grow hair even in larger wounds.
