Smaller wounds always heal better. Also, FUE holes are NOT stitched up, so if they are replaced with a hair, then it mean that ACELL creates hair, otherwise it won't. IMO, ACELL on a strip procedure has much less chance of showing any hair regrowth because the wound is stitched up. The only thing ACELL might do in that case is reduce scarring.

What makes you think ACELL will regrow hair at random distribution? you're probably thinking they sprinkle ACELL on the wound? In that case, your basic understanding of ACELL is wrong. I'm not gonna go into the details about how ACELL works, but it has been talked a lot about on this board.
