FUE hole size was the reason, I prefer trying ACELL on it. Small wounds biologically heal better. To test ACELL's regenerative capability, it would be best to try it on a small wound that is already bound to heal well. I doubt ACELL will regrow any hair on that large gapping hole on that man's head.

» 2) natural hair grows in a randomish pattern

I was referring to hair in the FUE holes, if they just add ACELL powder to the FUE hole, I'd definitely like to see what happens there. If ACELL has decent regenerative properties - the hole should grow a new hair.
